Crystal Ann Brown is an interdisciplinary artist currently working in Buckhannon, West Virginia. In 2012 she earned her MFA in sculpture and expanded practice from Ohio University School of Art. In 2015 Crystal had a solo exhibition at Sleeth Gallery in Buckhannon West Virgina and in 2013 her work was included in Chasing Horizons, an exhibition at the Charles Allis Museum of Decorative Arts in Milwaukee. She founded The Hown’s Den: A Nomadic + Domestic Exhibition Space and has curated multiple events from the fall of 2013 to the Summer of 2016. Crystal has been asked to participate as a guest critic in the sculpture department at the Kansas City Art Institute and is currently an adjunct professor at West Virginia Wesleyan College and director of the college art gallery.
